And no I don't think intelligence is a factor in who has the right to vote. Actually I was saying the exact opposite. Anyone 18+ can vote, with the majority of them being morons. I cannot believe anyone would actually argue that point. I mean the OP openly admitted in another thread that he knew nothing about the Judge candidates on the ballot so voted for the female every time he could.
