See a doctor. That could be just recoverable strain or something more serious like a herniated disc. Until you can get a doctor appointment, you might try icing it. I like to put ice in a paper cup and freeze the cup and then move the ice part over the irritated area in a circular motion. Of course, I'm not a doctor, so I'm just sharing how I'd handle it.
