Until young Arab men have opportunities in their life, we'll always be dealing with this shit using violence and creating an endless cycle of new extremists to kill. Don't get me wrong, I love hearing about a bunch of them getting killed by a 2000 pound bomb, but it's mostly a fool's errand.
and I don't know if we can even fix the opportunities issue.. It's the job of the countries where these people originate from. As long as it sucks to live there, there's going to be a steady supply of disenfranchised followers ready to join with ISIS. I hate ISIS too, but you have to give them some credit for having a strong cause. I really think they believe that the dream of Islamic State has to start somewhere. If we end up finding a way to destroy of dismantle their organization, there'll be a another group of Muslim based fanatics to carry the torch to the next phase, and ISIS knows that.
