This summer I shot hoops and biked twenty miles a day - and lost thirty pounds in the process. I still have a long way to go and want to be down under 200 lbs by the end of next summer. (That's a realistic goal.) I will not let winter slow me down. I live in California and it doesn't snow here, so I am doing my best to keep my regular routine. I've bought some warmer work out clothes and have moved my workouts to the late afternoon when it's warmer and... So far so good.
Tonight I bought a freaking hat so I can bike when it's colder out. I haven't owned a fucking hat in twenty years.
