This is a great idea. Why should the citizenry be the only people who are monitored and watched 24/7? Let's chip police officers so even when they are off-duty they cannot go back and assault someone (something that happened here in NYC awhile back, two cops went back to woman's apartment off-duty and raped her).
This shit is disgusting and out of control. Women should be terrifid of driving alone so a cop can notice, pull her over and rape her in the back seat of his police car? "What'cha gonna do bitch, call the cops? I AM a cop!"
