It's not nationwide, it's worldwide. And it's not new, the internet is new and social media is new. It's been going on everywhere since the beginning of time.

We've all had our heads in the sand pretending people don't try to get away with shit whenever they can. But at the same time we know they do.

So it follows that allowing the police to police themselves is not working, what do we do now? Either we accept that citizens are there to relieve the sexual and violent urges of the authority as is the case in most 3rd world countries (and any country in times of war or unrest) or else we make some big changes in the way we allow law enforcement to operate.
