I eat maybe 5 pounds of brown or emperor (full grain) rice a year, if that.
I probably eat more arsenic from fruit and vegetables (pesticides) that I forget to wash with dishsoap and water before I eat them.
But if the concentrations of arsenic are that dangerous -- why don't people in Asia, where rice is a larger part of their diets, not have much higher cancer rates then they do?
That being said, I wouldn't eat brown rice every day of feed a baby rice cereal daily knowing this ...
Don't forget the GMO corn that gets into everything we eat in the USA
