Out of curiosity, do white men ever rape black women? I mean in the last 30 or so years... In the United States in 2005, 37,460 white females were sexually assaulted or raped by a black man, while between zero and ten black females were sexually assaulted or raped by a white man. What this means is that every day in the United States, over one hundred white women are raped or sexually assaulted by a black man. Can anyone explain this?

A 26-year-old man was arrested Wednesday night in connection with the brutal attack on a woman in Fairmount Park last week, interim Police Chief Nelson Mosley said Thursday.

Police arrested Cornell Antoine McNeal shortly after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2700 block of North Battin and booked into the Sedgwick County Jail shortly before 12:30 a.m. Thursday on suspicion of rape and attempted first-degree murder, documents show.

Investigators suspect him of raping, beating and setting on fire a 36-year-old woman who was walking in the park at about 11 p.m. on Nov. 14. She remains in critical condition at a local hospital.
