We had several machines with them a few years ago, and they went way above and beyond to accommodate our very specific needs, from a dedicated database server to a storage servers and delivery servers. And then went above and beyond again to accommodate very specific IP requirements we had. One tech in particular "Kate" (won't use her last name), was unbelievably helpful.
Our experience was with unmanaged servers so I can't speak to their managed options. But overall, our experience with them was quite positive.
