Those who using their own merchant account please jump in this thread. Things comes to knowledge that beside of Chargeback fee merchant is paying to their bank there is another fee of 12 Euro's (£14.9) has been charged by the merchant bank for transaction related to Fraud?

Let us know please who else is paying Chargeback Fee + 12 Euro for fraud related chargeback.
