The governments are scared of the people and what they will do. so they will take him to court most likely. it will be a charade and he will be found guilty and he will be taken to some jail where he will live a short time in the best they can. Yah, I disagree with that. The evidence against him is purely anecdotal. All of the hard hitting evidence leans the case in his favor.
Looking at facts only:
- The autopsy goes his way.
- The physical evidence goes his way.
- The character of Mike Brown is severely tarnished by the liquor store vid.
- Other black witnesses attested to the cops story. Not widely publicized for many reasons.
The only thing that the prosecution would have is the anecdotal testimony of the friends of Mike Brown.
Those are pretty much facts so far. Not speculation.
Anyway, I think he walks.
Not that I care. I hate dirty cops and would love to see one burn, if that's the case.
