Found the problem.
I downloaded a program from microsoft that did a test on my computer.
It turned out to be my power saving settings. Never heard of this causing this type of issue.
I let the program set my power saving mode and all is working like before.
I want to thank the people on GFY that posted recommendations. I really appreciate the time you spent trying to help me out.
