Blade runner OST would be my no. 1 choice as an original soundtrack, among with the original Alien - these soundtracks are absolutely essential to its movies and equally important as the stunning visuals.
Then lately it was Prometheus OST.
From the classics definitely Conan the Barbarian, Predator or Lethal Weapon.
Then when it comes to song compilations there are essential 90's Tarantino movies Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown - those I heard countless times too.
When it comes to more obscure stuff always been a great admirer of Joe Hisaiashi and his minimalistic soundtracks for Takeshi Kitano's movies. David Lynch sure has a taste for a memorable OST too.
