Millions of murders committed where? In the Soviet Union? Who shall judge him for that if not Soviet people? You - Germans or maybe Americans? In fact, he was really convicted for his crimes (yeah the motherfucker has died before that like Hitler did). However there was a famous XX Congress of the CPSU in 1956.
As I said above, Stalin was dead already like Hitler was dead during Nuremberg trials. Some of his helpers (you know, Stalin didn't kill Soviet people personally) were also convicted. Some lost their jobs and privileges. Some were sentenced to a prison time. Some were executed. His own doughtier was forced to immigrate to the USA.
