No, it is you who sound like a racist fool, because that was legit question. Statistically black men do more crimes than white men, that equals to them having more records, which leads to higher sentences.
So my question was perfectly normal and justified - does that study keep that in mind or does they just twist the conclusions to fit the agenda?
On top of that - courts pay attention to other details about defendants life situation, for example if one has a job or goes to college, or does nothing. If he/she does than he/she might expect better sentencing. And statistically whites do that more often. So naturally that concludes to lesser sentences on average.
It has nothing to do with the color as you foolishly claim.
