I didn't say to force black people out. I suggested a cash payment to those who would like to escape from a country where they believe the deck is stacked against them. There are many countries in the world they might prefer - the countries of the UK, Germany, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Mexico, Caribbean countries, Brazil, South Africa, Japan etc etc
