The legal status of porn is still vague in Russia. So it's being enforced in case of CP only (do you have any problems with that, ah?) As about prostitution, so there is no Criminal Code for it. To say it simple: prostitution is not forbidden in Russia. Pimping is forbidden, but not the prostitution. You can not sue a women/man (in your case) for prostitution. Russia is not the USA and prostitution is not a crime here.
