not disputing any of the facts, I read the testimony from the court, instead of watching the news… the kid put himself in this situation, and these, unfortunately are the repercussions.

the only thing(s) i don't see jiving to me are…

the cop not being able to control the situation. I've watched cops… i've seen cops handle people in person… often times much bigger than themselves… how could this guy not control the situation in the car?

something about that 1st altercation doesn't seem right.

oh the kid was big… ya… but this cop was TRAINED… not by some 81 yr old at the fucking YMCA… by POLICE specifically for these situations.

and no other cops are around… funny cuz where I live if you even get pulled over for running a stop sign, there's 2 cops right on your ass.

Another big thing that seems odd...

how are you TRAINED to use a gun and take 10 shots to kill someone?

LOL thats fucking retarded….

adrenaline? lol.. sorry. not 10 shots.

1-2 shots are all thats needed by a trained pro to kill someone.

the guy was in short range… by a trained officer.

Also… why shoot to kill? thats part of the problem here… why not shoot to incapacitate?

if you shot the guy in the leg, how the fuck would he still be running?

he'd be bleeding on the floor, without being able to move… because he radio'ed for support, other cops would be on the scene… the'd arrest the kid, take him with the medics, and he'd be prosecuted accordingly.

if they taze'd him… he'd be out cold and arrested…. but the cop chose not to use a taser or wear one cuz it was too heavy….

This is what pisses me off about that… they spent millions of OUR tax dollars on this shit… why the fuck is it not being used????

just think the cop could have not shot to kill.. not shot 10 times… hit the guy in the leg… arrest him and none of this would be an issue.
