So the boyfriend, the driver of the car, tried to flea the police, who had blocked him in, and as a result a round was fired causing the injury.
This is the cops fault how? Why was the driver trying to flea? When blocked in why did they continue any attempt to resist?
Seems there is a lot more to this story.
And now the boyfriend has a warrant out for his arrest, nice!
