What's the current going "payment" currently for CPM "clicks" (1000 clicks).

Can you tell me what you are getting from going through an advertiser, then compare to downtime and what it would be worth to "always" have that spot filled knowing you will be getting paid day in and day out?

Thanks, not wishful thinking please. What's actually happening now and the reality of how much time the spot is not filled by that CPM number.
