Youd think just the act of them taking a shit would be precarious. Imagine all that weight on that pedestal. My brother had some heavyweight in-laws use his toilet before and the seal between the toilet and the floor somehow started leaking. Maybe it was just a coincidence. But i think their massive girth somehow shifted the toilet and broke the seal. They probably just have to drop once they bend their knees a certain amount then pray whatever they come crashing down on has the strength to support the impact.
