i dont even deny the earth is warming, & that humans are the cause. The big lie is that humans will no longer have a habitable place to live. Of course we'll survive, but thats not what its really about. The short-term cost of global warming will be increased floods, worsening storms, more drought, hotter & longer heat waves, etc making food and drinking water more scares and more expensive, not to mention cost of health care. Some places will be hit with so much damage that they may not be able to afford to recover from the damage, etc.
In other words, doing nothing about Global warming could prove to be very, very expensive.
