1. There were two cops, not a lone officer.
2. The perp didn't outweigh either of the cops by 100lbs.
3. Cops had tazers and were able to deploy them.
4. Perp didn't go after either of the cops' weapons.
What are the similiarities in the scenarios you speak of? Serious question.
