The trick is to get rid of the 'aww fuck it' mentality after you do these binges, there is a huge difference from getting back on track from one day then trying to fix a month or two of binges. Yeah sticking to the routine is key. I will be back in there tomorrow. There is a lady who works the front desk, and is in wicked shape that showed me a few nice...power stretch moves i would call them. Really work the muscles...she rides me if i skip a day...lol
