To be fair, and to put it in proper context,... this was not a big deal in 1971. Not saying its ok... but it wouldn't have been all that unusual really at that time. It reads like a good old fashioned raping in 2014, but at that time, on the tail end of the decade of free love, experimenting and hippies gone wild, this was common. The age of consent at that time was likely 16. A large number of hit songs of that era were also about sex with underage girls (Kiss, Gary Pucket etc).
