We have a mode on LiveCamNetwork that lets you have free rooms and paid rooms inside your members area, including a pay-mode lock-out that basically, stops over enthusiastic customers from taking a chat room to private chat that you wish to keep free.
We also offer custom licenses such as "free" with revenue share that are not listed on our site.
