So this story is supposed to change my opinion on being responsible enough in your own life that you don't have to worry about ever meeting the police? If you don't break the law in the first place, or resist arrest after getting caught the whole argument is pointless.

Sure police procedure might need changed, sure deaths are tragic, but to NEVER recognize any responsibility on the offenders part makes the argument too one sided. And police procedure should be in question not race.
