Yeah.. he was clearly attempting to comply with the officer. He was doing it in the most asinine way possible and anyone watching the video can see that what i said was 100% correct and that he could have very easily been mistaken for grabbing a weapon as well.
It has nothing to do with black or white.. it has to do with the manner in which he responded to the officers commands. You think the officer was trying to execute someone and record himself with his own dash cam and do it in front of witnesses?
Additionally, i am not "justifying" anything. I am saying they both fucked up. You seem to be saying "the poor black guy is just minding his own business and the first white cop to spot him, tries to execute him for absolutely no reason at all because thats exactly what they do". It's pretty fucking obvious that both parties are wrong. It's all on video.
