Has Paxum really been nominated for 5 GFY awards in January? Has their service gone down that dramatically in less than one year?
I have two Paxum business accounts. One account I haven't been able to access since Monday, December 1st. With the other one Paxum has made the mistake to associate it with the wrong email address.
Paxum says that you can phone them 24/7 but the first three days I only got their voicemail (please leave us a message after the beep)
This really sucks
