I have two Paxum business accounts. One account I haven't been able to access since Monday, December 1st. With the other one Paxum has made the mistake to associate it with the wrong email address.

I'm sorry you are experiencing difficulties accessing your Paxum account(s).

You can reset your account password at any time by visiting the Login page and clicking "forgot password". Follow the steps and you can reset your password.

With regards to the email address associated with your account. Your Paxum username is the email address you used to register your account. No matter how many email addresses you have confirmed to your account since you first registered, the username is the only one you can use to log in to your account. If you wish to have your username changed, you must open a support ticket to request it. Our tech staff completes such requests manually.

We will never change a Paxum username (email used to login) without written consent from the account-holder.
