Don't be so bloody stupid, if he wanted to shoot someone then he would have done. even in that photo you keep bleeting on about, it's obvious that he's calling the police himself.
The guy hit some idiots who have gotten bored of looting for Christmas presents, and decided to have a "die in" - see, the name speaks for itself. If you lie down in the middle of the road then expect to get hit by traffic, that is so bleeding obvious that it shouldn't even need stating.
