His lawyer would (correctly) say the fanny pack was a clothing accessory that these people had no business unzipping in the first place (still blows my mind that all of us willingly just allow people to search our personal belongings like we are criminals)
Anyway, they wouldn't have a prayer of making any kind of charges stick on that. And I also seriously doubt that they would even think of calling the cops anyway.
Now, if the guy had walked up and unzipped it himself and started shaking his cock at them it would be a different story.
