Hiring. It's easy to post a job somewhere and wait but it takes a certain skill level to convince someone passive to explore a new job. On the other side of the fence it's difficult to determine if a person will the right fit for a team and match in terms of not only qualifications but intangibles such as if they won't get the shit kicked out of them for being an asshole etc. So far so good, transitioning that side into the business...we've hunted down some senior people for jobs like Development Managers and even Directors
