I'm pretty sure there is obviously a niche for NON FOREIGN camgirls ie. us clients/whales that prefer camming with someone closer to home
But I doubt you'd be able to keep any successful camgirl working for you, living with parents, children, roommates, etc... not sure if that's enough of a reason for them to give away half of their profits to working out of a studio instead of on their own
