It is true that John McCain was not born in America
It is true that he is an American Citizen by birth
I do not know what the '' master dumbfuck '' has as issue with that statement .
As for Puerto Rico , it is NOT America , but : it belongs to the U.S. as an "unincorporated" territory.
On the other hand, people born in Puerto Rico, strangely have the American citizenship AS WELL AS the Puerto-Rican one ...
