They aren't cutting people heads off because they are bored they are cutting heads off people because they believe in some twisted form of Islam gives them the right to do so. That is most certainly them using their view of Islam to kill people.

Until other Muslims start standing up and pushing the extremist out, then it's all of Islam that is the problem.
