Excellent way to start your recovery after workout... a shot of sugar and water and then skip meals (post workout being the most important) and deprive yourself of absolutely everything your body needs for growth, repair and recovery. Sounds like a winning formula. Anyone that does any sort of strenuous physical activity, is involved in athletics or spends time in the gym understands that skipping meals has nothing but positive benefits.
