The studio models work out of Eastern Europe, Russia and South America primarily. Many have progressed to working in their own homes now.
Most US, UK, CA, AU, NZ and Western European Models work from their homes.
Just the way it is.
There are a lot of problems from a legal and building code aspect if you wanted to operate a studio here. Also the employment (wage labor regulations ) would be a headache.
Don't try to put a square peg into a round hole.
