This case really doesnt matter. Even if Vivid had won, there is still Cal Code of Regs section 5193 that would not have been affected by this ruling.

CCR 5193 is the CalOSHA reg for condoms and other bodily fluid barriers. This really wasnt about condoms in porn it was more just about Measure B. AHF wasted money getting Measure B passed and Vivid wasted money challenging it.

Exactly. No one in LA wants to enforce condoms in porn. Only CalOSHA has and even their interest is waning.
