If they release it on DVD then the company gets hacked again. If anybody carries that DVD (redbox, netflix, etc.) they get hacked. If cable or satellite tries to show it...they get hacked.
It's pretty fucked up. But I'm thinking that no company is going to touch the film in any distribution method.  |
If Sony wants to really beat the hackers (hackers don't want people to watch the movie), release the movie online for free. Ofcourse they will loose millions, but I bet everybody and their mother will download it and watch it.
