That's fairly subjective and depending on the reviews one reads/trusts. I've tried a lot of them, and I think many of them have their pros and cons.
That said, having a good
hardware firewall along with your router is a positive thing.
And then disable all internet connections when you are away from your computer, sleeping, etc. is a good idea as well.
