Donny: Yes I knew about her.

District Attorney: Was she present in the room where you and Mr. XXXXXX were having your conversation?

Donny: No ... well not at the beginning.

District Attorney: Oh, so at some later time during your visit she came into the room?

Donny: Yes.

District Attorney: She just entered the room on her own or did Mr. XXXXXX call her into the room?

Donny: XXX left the room I thought to get a drink or something for us to eat. He returned with the girl.

District Attorney: Had Mr. XXXXXX that night or on any occassion before mentioned to you that the young female relative wanted to have sex with you?

Donny: Yes he did, that night. But of course I told him no, that it was wrong.

District Attorney: Wrong enough for you to leave the home?

Donny: It was a very awkward situation. I didn't know what to do.

District Attorney: And when the young female relative entered the room what occurred next?

District Attorney: And she just started ripping off her clothes?

Donny: Yes.

District Attorney: So you Mr. Pauling are sitting there and this 16 year old female relative of your friend is 'gettin' naked'. And you were aware that XXX wanted you to have sex with her in front of him.

Donny: Yes.

District Attorney: And you did nothing as she disrobed? You didn't ask or tell her to stop? You didn't tell her and XXX that it was inappropriate for her to be stripping naked for a 41 year old visitor to the home?

Donny: I don't remember.

District Attorney: I see. Did you at least close your eyes Mr. Pauling or did you want to see this young female naked? Did you see her naked?

Donny: Yes ... but no ... I didn't want to see her naked, it just happened.

District Attorney: It just happened? You had been told by Mr. XXXXXX that this young relative wanted you to have sex with her hadn't you? You did say that earlier.

Donny: Yes but I didn't expect what happened to happen that night.

District Attorney: Mr. Pauling why didn't you just get up and leave the home immediately? Why didn't you leave the home and report to the police what had just happened? You knew the event you witnessed was very wrong didn't you?

Donny: Yes it was very wrong.

District Attorney: Very wrong but yet you stayed and did nothing. You were enjoying the show weren't your Mr. Pauling?!?!

Donny: That is absolutely untrue.

District Attorney: Isn't it true Mr. Pauling that the reason you did not stop the young lady from stripping naked in front of you and did not report the incident to the police is that you were considering, hoping and planning to have sex with this 16 year old naked girl!?!?
