Yes, he has. The USA have never been a friend for Russia and never will be. There is no need to repeat it again and again, because everybody knows it already. However it's not a reason to make such long and expressive speeches about "external enemies" while all our economical problems have absolutely internal nature. caused by his own thievish and unprofessional gang.
