Albright has made some idiotic statements in the past, that's no secret. That was probably one of her bigger "should have just kept the mouth shut" moments. But sorry to burst your bubble but the only 'invasion' the USA has ever done where Russia is concerned is business-wise. And thousands of Russians flock to those McBusinesses every day.

I don't find myself often agreeing with Mutt but in this case I'd say he's basically spot on. Nearly every time Putin opens his mouth lately he proves himself more and more a loon.
