Yes, I'm sure BD was a crack legal mind at a large firm somewhere. I mean, the guy didn't know the basic order of operations for Math and once tried to imply that not wearing a helmet is safer than wearing a helmet because a helmet impairs your ability to see. If he "worked" in the legal profession, it would be something like a process server at best.
