The average tourist-related, service-job employee in Niagara Falls, Canada makes a minimum wage that is approx. $4/hr. less than the defined "living wage" poverty line for the region.
In all seriousness - no. I think Cubans (like Canadians) should make a fair, decent wage in return for a good, honest day's work. We're all being fucked equally by the greed of huge corporations and government - whether it's in Canada, the U.S or Cuba.
