I get why Americans dont understand this (at the time of the revolution US companies owned around 75% of all property in Cuba) when castro won and the US refused to normalize relations with Cuba Castro nationalized all US corporate owned property. A fact you wont get taught in American history classes usually.
There will be great economic opportunities for Americans as well as Cubans as a result of normalizing relations but buying up land there aint gonna happen.
