I will try and see how many I can do if i set my mind to it. I guess it is a great upper back workout. As Robbie said, I did the wide grip ones, over hand on the bar. Although I suspect the underhand grip close to the chest is also hard..lol

you are a bit taller are you not? They are way easier to do for shorter guys like me but don't let that discourage you from doing them. Even if you start with the pully bar on the universal it is a start. It does your whole back, shoulders and arms and will help your overall posture so I can't stress this enough that this is an absolute essential movement. wide grip closed grip.. its all fine as long as you switch it up every now and then.
