When it becomes endemic and is destroying whole segments of the population, you can be 100% certain that "white people" will acknowledge it as a problem and confront it head on. They won't be sitting around blaming black people for it, looking for excuses and deflecting attention away from it by finding the 1:10,000 example of a black person hurting a white person to claim there is a bigger problem somewhere else to focus on.
