+1. I'm all about paying for goods and services, especially in the arts. But rule number 1 in commerce is: make it as easy as possible for the consumer to pay you. Rule number 2 should be: make it available, like right away. Finally HBO is going to start selling their programming to non-cable/satellite subscribers for a fee. I'm all in. Right now, if I want to watch the final season of Boardwalk Empire (which I really want to do), from where I am in Malaysia, I believe the only options I have is to wait for the season to become available sometime next year or to get a pirated version, which is very easy and cheap to do.
